DRUMMER LEAVES MIW!!!!!!!!

Angelo Parente has announced his resignment as the drummer of the band 'Motionless In White'. I am devastated by this news, along with many many other fans but hope him all of the best. This is his message that he posted on his tumblr to announce his news:
"To my friends, family, and all the amazing Motionless In White fans, this is very hard to say, and I’m sure it will hit me harder soon, but I will no longer be in the band.

This decision did not just all of sudden happen. After doing this since I was 17, the nonstop touring, and everything else that comes with the life of a musician, has finally caught up with me. It has affected me mentally and physically and it’s to a point where the best thing for the rest of the band and myself would be for me to call it quits.

Please know that the band and I are on good terms, best of friends and I love them all very much. No matter what, I would not give up what I have been through and experienced with the band. It has been the best years of my life. I got to travel the world with my best friends almost every day. I have met so many great people along the way and made many friends I will never forget. I will miss you all. Not seeing the guys in the band will be tough to get use to, but I wish them the best of luck.

Motionless In White has so much in store for you all, so please continue to support them to the fullest. I’m not sure what’s in store for my future, but right now I need to be home and breathe. Get myself together and figure it out. Please make sure to stay in touch. You know where to find me online and its a lot of fun sharing what I do with everyone throughout my life. Whether it’s my art, food, dog, clothing designs, etc., you guys give your opinion and I’m grateful to have that. I am truly sorry to all that I have let down. Thanks for the constant support you have given me over the years, I will never forget it."

Motionless In White issued a goodbye message as a band to Angelo, summing up what they needed to say to him on his departure. They wrote:

"We hope that he will find the relief he is searching for and that this is nothing but a positive move on his part. We are extremely sad to see him go, but we fully support and understand his decision to do what's best for him. We are and will remain on good terms with him and really hope that all of our amazing fans will support him in whatever he chooses to do from this point on. He has been a part of our band and our family since its conception and this will take some adjusting for everyone, but as always, we appreciate all the ongoing support.
**YES WE WILL BE PLAYING ALL SCHEDULED TOUR AND SHOW DATES. NOTHING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.**
Thank you for reading and letting Angelo know he will be missed. We love you Ange, thank you for joining us during what will be looked back on as some of the best years of our lives."

I am happy to repeat what MIW mentioned above referencing the continuation of all of their tour dates and shows. Another reason why I love these people. They are so dedicated to their fans. I will miss Angelo like crazy and I know that I sure am not the only one to feel like this. I hope he recovers from the touring lifestyle and gets back to his feet in no time. It's hard to see one of the band's founding members go, but I really hope he is happy in whatever he is doing. We'll miss you Angelo!!!!

Hush, The Secret's Out

I have been recently introduced to the band 'Oh, Sleeper' and I gotta say that they are wicked! I immediately loved their stuff from the first time I played them and havent stopped listening since! These guys are gonna be big, and it's no secret as they excel in the metal world. Hush Yael was the first song of theirs that reached my ears, and what an awesome introductory song that was. With hints of While She Sleeps and Of Mice & Men in their music, you are definitely going to have to check out the song I was lucky enough to stumble upon.
Here you go:    Hush Yael

Mitch Lucker Memorial!!!!

Suicide Silence (with new vocalist Eddie Hermida) have announced the release of 'Suicide Silence-Ending is the Beginning: The Mitch Lucker Memorial Show'. It is to be available in North America on 18th February and available in Europe on 17th March. This DVD captured the amazing event that took place on 21st December 2012. Members of the old and new Suicide Silence came together along with a string of heavy vocalists to put on an amazing show. These wicked musicians united with the metal community to raise money for Kenadee Lucker's future education and to celebrate the legend that is and forever will be MITCH LUCKER!!!!

Motionless In White - Puppets

Motionless In White - Puppets

Motionless In White are most definitely one of my favourite bands out there. I was lucky enough to see them live when they supported Asking Alexandria along with While She Sleeps in January 2013. I then had the chance to see them again in September of 2013 when they were supported by Glamour Of The Kill and The Defiled.
