Limp Bizkit Is Rocking The Set

Limp Bizkit has got to be one of the few bands who can really master nu-metal. Not the superior of the metal genres by a long shot, but these guys never fail to impress. With unforgettable songs like Break Stuff and a brilliant cover of Behind Blue Eyes they are without a doubt one of the many bands on my iPod. If you have been living under a rock or haven't heard anything these guys have done, you really gotta lend an ear because I can guarantee you will not be let down!

CHELSEA GRIN!!!!

I absolutely love this band and can never listen to enough of their music! They are deadly and one of my new favourites! With heavy vocals and hardcore breakdowns, I'll be jammng out to these dudes day after day! If you have never heard of this band from Salt Lake City in Utah, you are seriously missing out, bro. These guys need to be on every music device you own! Man they're awesome!
Here's two of their songs that I can never get enough of: Elysium and Recreant

Hush, The Secret's Out

I have been recently introduced to the band 'Oh, Sleeper' and I gotta say that they are wicked! I immediately loved their stuff from the first time I played them and havent stopped listening since! These guys are gonna be big, and it's no secret as they excel in the metal world. Hush Yael was the first song of theirs that reached my ears, and what an awesome introductory song that was. With hints of While She Sleeps and Of Mice & Men in their music, you are definitely going to have to check out the song I was lucky enough to stumble upon.
Here you go:    Hush Yael

Mitch Lucker Memorial!!!!

Suicide Silence (with new vocalist Eddie Hermida) have announced the release of 'Suicide Silence-Ending is the Beginning: The Mitch Lucker Memorial Show'. It is to be available in North America on 18th February and available in Europe on 17th March. This DVD captured the amazing event that took place on 21st December 2012. Members of the old and new Suicide Silence came together along with a string of heavy vocalists to put on an amazing show. These wicked musicians united with the metal community to raise money for Kenadee Lucker's future education and to celebrate the legend that is and forever will be MITCH LUCKER!!!!

Sleeping With Sirens and Memphis May Fire

For anybody who has not heard of either of these two bands, I do suggest that you check them out. They are not as heavy as most of the bands that I listen to, but I have to say that they are on my music list. I went to see them last October (supported by The Getaway Plan, Hands Like Houses and The Summer Set) and it was an amazing show!!!! I gotta say that I had been slighty disappointed with the latest Sleeping With Sirens album 'Feel'. I felt that their sound changed a lot from the previous albums. Although this is true, there are some tracks off the new album that I really like. Here's one of them called Congratulations. I gave the link to this one because it features Matty Mullins (lead vocalist for Memphis May Fire) and it'll give you a little taster into MMF and SWS.

Asking Alexandria UK 2014

Asking Alexandria have announced and released tickets for their biggest UK (including ROI) tour yet! Playing on 15 dates to over 30,000 people. This is twice as many as their last sold out tour in the UK and Ireland. I saw them last year when they came to the Academy in February. They were supported by Motionless In White and While She Sleeps. It was an incredible show and I definitely will not forget it! I was lucky to get tickets to go to see them again in October of this year and I'm super pumped for it!! There are still tickets available for this tour at Ticketmaster, so snatch them up while you still can!!!!
